I almost skipped tonight. The thought of you marrying him sickens me. I want to crash this wedding and tell everyone that I object, but I know it would make you resent me. I end up coming late, just in time to dance with you. I know this will be my last chance to hold you close, so I revel in it. You smile at me with that beautiful smile, and even though I know your happiness lies with him, I’m just glad you’re happy. But for this moment, I just want to hold you, and have this last dance.
