I had been waiting for my miko for what seemed a long time, so when I caught her scent, I decided to run the rest of the way to her.
“Oh Sesshomaru, I thought I was meeting you at the clearing” she said.
Rather than answer verbally, I leaned in. Just as my lips were about to touch hers, she tripped. I extended my arms to catch her, and then looked down for the cause.
“Stupid green imp” she muttered. I growled, picked up the offending object and threw it across the clearing. He would get his real punishment later
