I look into her eyes, searching for a small slither of hope that she will chose me and not that bloodsucker. I don’t want her to go, I want her to stay here safe in my arms. I watch as she panics when the sister of her beloved bloodsucker tells her whats going on, all the while my eyes pleading her not to go. I’m holding on tightly to my hope, a growl forming in my throat, praying as she ponders the situation. But before I know it, she’s out the door and I’m left behind. She chose the bloodsucker.
