Summary: As their son gets older, Miroku and Sango have a discussion about beginning his training.


“I understand he’s getting older, but I just don’t know about training him yet ” Sango said to her husband.

“He’s ten years old, not much younger than Kohaku was when he started his training” he replied.

“Yes, and look at all the hardships he faced. I don’t want that for our son Miroku. It was hard enough seeing my brother almost die, I wouldn’t be able to stomach my son’s death”

“Sango, no one is dying here, I’m merely going to give him some training” he said kissing his wife on the forehead.

Sango pondered her husband’s words. Her son was in fact getting older. Already he had been talking about girls in the village, and she supposed it wouldn’t be a bad idea for him to at learn the basics.

“Just think about how fun it would be to see him progress my love. Both of us could teach him. I know you want to put on that slayers outfit again….and I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing you in it” he said with a smirk that put Sango on edge.

“Fine, I give in! But only the basics for now ok?” she said.

“Of course my love. Now…how about I show you some of my basic moves….and perhaps a few advanced ones as well…”

“Only if you can keep up with my moves dear” she responded.

“A challenge I am sure to keep my love” he said as he picked up his giggling wife and carried her into their hut.
