It all had happened so quickly. One moment I was laying in the grass with her, and the next, I started to feel connected to her in a way I had never felt before. It was as though I could feel her every thought and emotion. She smiled at me, and then I noticed a small scar above her head.
“Bells? Are you alright?” I asked her.
She laughed and said “Any battle scar is worth it, if it means being with you.”
I smiled in return and kissed her forehead lovingly thinking of our life to come.
